It's just old. Game is from 2012 or so so Miel did not yet devolve into what it is today. though it was still ground level back then.

VNDB doesn't have it either, usually you have like one or two choices, that don't affect the plot at all, so it's technically not a kinetic novel.

Miel games for quiet a while already allow you to turn off piss in the settings
