To my disappointment as someone who likes orientation play.
This is a very consistent machine translation fuck-up. In Japanese, the heroine gets "netorare'd", which roughly means that she gets stolen/taken from someone else, but that always gets translated as the heroine herself getting cuckolded for some reason.
I went and checked and it actually seems like DeepL is starting to finally catch on (pic 1), meanwhile Google is still making the classic blunder:

What a waste of my time. Just a scene collector, might as well have done a KN in renpy... I didn't play trough the end, but for the forty minutes I have wasted, not a single scene appealed to me.

Sadly not as it seems. Titles like this always give me this little glint of hope in the eyes, even though i kinda already know i just get the usual stuff like most of the time.
1 - If Fem Prot: Slut Sim cause she can't say no even though she "devote" and deeply in love with her BF.
2 - If Male Prot: Useless MC who always finds more ways getting cucked than he probably ate healthy meals in his whole life.
Fem Protag getting cucked? Nah, that would make the game to unique and interesting. Oh and maybe to different from what devs are used to produce to get their NTR fill? Jokes aside, i know it's just not that common on the market but still kinda sad that it's the Male getting cucked most of the time. Yes. Just substitute the generic NTR opening and the game is great. Quick, fun combat, great act 3.
The only things you need to do: is buy all the items, do all the cafe scenes, do the dungeons, and the secondary girls scenes in the first run. Then collect the scenes for the other characters in the post game.
The time is really not restrictive.
