It's not avoidable, it's just that it won't show the pics. At least, that's what I presume from the name.

That's not avoidable, ignorant mode means the deed is happening fully behind your back, you will still be seeing the girl corruption taking place or even some glimpses, but the content will not be explicit so your imagination can fill it up.
It's a pretty common gameplay style for ntr games, some only show the full scenes later in gallery so you can confirm all your suspicions.
