Nah, just play MC like an insecure controlling jerk and youll be fine, you dont really need to be attentive or caring or anything. There's simply 2 paths, and in the new version you can specify ahead of time what path you want to be on.

lol this game definitely SHOULDNT have the romance tag, i cant remember anything romantic on either alpha or beta path.
I don't mean that men don't spend money (I spend money on my waifus) I mean that the Anglo community is conformist and very "kind" with the Devs. because they don't suffer to get money so they don't worry about spending it in a bad way. There are popular games in this community that release updates every 6 months and with little content, and have thousands of people donating money, they are not demanding, they just wait. Most are lazy and just wait for the money every month, and at the last minute, after 5 months they work
I think you're overestimating the number of subs this dev has. Patreon and Subscribestar combined he only has about 260 paid subs. Game has been in development for 6 years. 260 subs in 6 years is nothing. By contrast, the dev for the game The Copycat has been developing their game for only about a year and has almost 750 subs. People are usually pretty good about only spending money on what they feel is worth it to them.
