Just played Chapter 3, and what a deterioration in quality from the earlier chapters.The dialogue has gone to pot, and is often incoherent and garbled (inferior translation or just a different person writing it?), the characters have just become cartoonish caricatures, with all nuance discarded. They just don't feel like the same people anymore, and it's now very hard to like them. I made a joke above about 'Invasion of the Bodysnatchers', when the NTR button was introduced. Well Chapter 3 made me feel like it wasn't a joke anymore, because these were not the same people who were in the first two chapters. They looked the same, they had the same relationships, but they just didn't feel like they were the same people. As if different personalities had been incorporated into their bodies overnight
I mean what is the actual point of the alpha route now? It's just a collection of scenes, with Phillip fucking his way through the female population. There's no stat progression, no real storyline, and all sense of community amongst the main characters has just vanished. I always had the thought, that there were mysteries to be uncovered in this game, because the characters all had secrets, that eventually Phillip would unlock and perhaps help them to deal with. I also sensed there were sinister plots taking place in the shadows, that would one day involve Tracey and possibly Sunny, and Phillip's task was to deal with that, and that Liza's interest in the family was not entirely for their benefit. Because she was always so enigmatic about what she actually did, and there were clear hints that she was somehow involved in Prostitution. But all of that has gone now. And all we're left with is a succesion of meaningless sex scenes.
And the Beta route is now just preposterous, with Phillip as the most hapless loser imaginable, Sunny just a horrible bitch who takes delight in humiliating and belittling Phillip as much as possible, Tracey is just a shameless slut who treats Marcus like a gpd, and Phillip like a doormat. whilst Liza is now just the resident rich bitch trying to persuade her sister to become as big a whore as she is. All the other characters are meaningless, apart from Emma, who surprisingly confesses her infidelity with Marcus and thus the two reach a mutually amicable arrangement. This was the only content of Chapter 3, that I actually felt any interest in, because Emma despite being an incorrigible slut, still appears to retain some real affection for the MC.
I just think this game is now going nowhere, and is simply about the MC fucking around aimlessly on the alpha route, whilst being an utterly pathetic, comical figure on the Beta route, who is ruthlessly humiliated by his 'loved' ones. And I just don't care about that kind of game, so I doubt I'll be playing it again. I really did enjoy the first two chapters, despite it's imperfections, but Chapter 3 was a massive disappointment, which felt like the Dev was now just going through the motions. It just felt sterile and joyless.

You put more effort than the dev this month writing that lol. I do agree, both paths are kinda jarring. This game would have benefited from a middle netorase path. Where the main character fucks around with the girls but also likes sharing them with Marcus and joins in when he walks in on them. Would have loved to see a 2v1 with Marcus and the MC double teaming Tracy, Emma, or Sunny. Would have been fun to barter them as well to get some other benefits or even let Marcus run wild while to chase after women in his orbit like you're both competing with each other to see who can bang the most.
I agree, there should have been a netorase route with either the MC openly watching or joining in or initiating sharing events himself (depending on his confidence level). The MC could have had a lot of fun exploring Emma's exhibitionism fetish around the city, which would have been perfectly suited to a netorase route.

To be honest, I did play to the end of the current Chapter 3 content, on the alpha route at least, and the language at least did seem to improve during the picnic event, and it was no longer unintelligible. So I don't,know if it was the translator software that was malfunctioning or something like that, because it wasn't garbled like it was in the first few updates of Chapter 3. Or maybe the Dev used someone else, and they made such a mess of it, he stopped using them. That element at least seemed to improve in the latest content, which I very nearly didnt play at all, because of the total mess of the dialogue earlier in Chapter 3, where I was really struggling to make sense of what was being said.
Perhaps, as Chapter 3 develops the game will return to form, it's the same Dev, so really he should be able to. So I think I will continue playing, at least the next couple of updates. You're right the renders are still top notch, and the sex scenes for the most part are good. And at least the Dev seems to have decided finally, that all the family characters at least need to know what's really going on between them all, after multiple updates of pussy footing around the issue. He seemed to be intimimating as well, that Tracey and Liza had some kind of sexual (and perhaps romantic) relationship in college, and that's why LIza was so determined to get Tracey and the kids over to Hawaii. Hopefully, that is the case, because it will make her character a bit more interesting.
Also we need all these female characters, who are part of the MC's harem, to start screwing each other, because he simply cannot keep them all sexually satisfied on his own. So it looks like we're about to get a foursome, and hopefully there'll be many more group events, plus some lesbian action between Tracey, Liza and Sunny, and eventually the other girls as well. Hopefully, after Emma has been to dinner with Tracey, she'll also get in on the family group action. The get together with Maude and Emma, that they talked about at the party, is surely another opportunity for an upcoming threesome.
The part I definitely won't be playing again is the beta route, because I just don't like the humiliation storyline, which has become very much hard ntr. I don't understand why Sunny has become so obnoxious to the MC, since he pretty much seems to have accepted her relationship with Marcus. She's just horrible on that route now, and the MC is such a doormat, he just accepts it all. I just think that entire storyline is comical and sad now, with the MC reduced to a pathetic moron, who is cruelly abused by Sunny, Marcus and increasingly Tracey as well. The scene where they bury him in sand was comical, but at the same time it was incredibly cruel too, like they were kicking a baby, and it was really shocking how Tracey just accepted her son being totally humiliated by Marcus and Sunny. The whole of that content just leaves a bad taste in the mouth, and I don't like the direction it's going in at all.
