just fyi, i've updated my unofficial android port of Culture Shock v0.95.
The game has been in development for over a year now... I think a LITTLE progress isn't too much to ask for.
you do realize the person you quoted is the person who makes the patch right ?

It's short and outside of a Maude Blow Job and Drug Trip Sequence there was nothing people would call content. There was story progression i guess though.

it's not like the story has advanced a whole lot as well, it's been only thirteen ingame days, and there is a bunch of girls, not only mom and sister
it's hard to measure the amount of ideal work output a dev should make, most of them do these games in their spare time, anyway I don't think there should be a deadline on how long it should take for the dev to introduce fucking the family in the game, otherwise it sucks.

So we ever going to find out how we pissed off Franklin yet? He moves our car when at Emma's, then if you don't take the drugs he trips you in the hall which causes the nurse's office visit.
Unless Marcus is just having him do this. Wasn't the first time he pranked us. Now that I think of it, maybe Franklin's the cause of Mom's car troubles. He may have messed with it before moving it onto the lawn. Perhaps a ploy for her boss to keep giving her a ride to work like that one day.
Or he's jealous of the attention we are getting from the Biology teacher.

Eh, i'm sure we did something because that's how this goes. We either are trying to get with one of his family members or his girlfriend who that is hasn't been revealed then.

Well, I liked this update a lot more than the last one, things seem to be picking up, even if the ending feels almost like a cliffhanger.
If for once things go as they should, the next update should bring sex with at least either Karla or Maude and some definitive progress with the sister on the alpha path.
What I would love to see is the MV finally being a bit more receptive to Leia's advances. It's completely crazy that he really works on getting closer to Kara, whose flirting until the last update was far more subtle and completely ignores Leia's advances.
Also, I miss Aunt Liza. As a caring nephew, I feel it is my duty to give my horny aunty what she wants... mainly the MCs dick.
Still, again I see a lot of development, even if it hasn't played out for now and the writing remains good, the girls and their characters are still attractive as shit, all the things that initially drew me to the game are there, now all that is needed is to see some actual porn in the alpha path of this porn game.

Being critical of one route not getting the attention the dev said it would isn't the same as hating. Basically the dev acknowledged himself that the NTR route was getting more/better content and the last update before was supposed to concentrate more on the Alpha path, instead it still was NTR centred, that was what got people rallied and if the people into NTR and those who almost blindly defend the dev would actually look at it objectively, they would just acknowledge that the criticism was valid.
With that being said, I concede that things are getting better, the MC is finally starting to be a bit more assertive and hopefully that drug-dream scene is used as some sort of revelation for him, but so far the only real sex happened in dreams, outside of 3 blowjobs by two girls and I'm not talking about the stepfamily, there are several female characters interested in the MC and with them it's the same.
The next update will be a bit of a breaking point for me, either we get it on with Karla and/or Maude in the Alpha route and/or hopefully see some development with the sister or the dev is going to have a hard time convincing me that he ever plans to give the alpha route equal share. Which would be a shame, because this is a great game.
And tbh, after this update I am fairly optimistic again.
Don't expect the NTR crowd to even GET what we don't like. I mean, not being able to do anything against Markus' constant attempts to get at your ladies isn't the only thing that irritates me, but it definitely is a major point of criticism.
After all, Marcus is becoming more and more a pest each update.
The thing that also bugs me is that those that are on the NTR route are fine with the progress on their path and they probably would like it that the MC can't get rid of the competition in the alpha route, so all they hear when we criticize ANYTHING is whining. It's so funny when you compare it to their crying for more NTR in every other game, sounding like a broken record.
I mean it's literally EVERY update in Babysitter that they complain about not enough progression on the NTR route.
Yeah, it has been discussed a lot, but it's not like we agree with your pov. Your post makes it seem as if we all just drank the kool-aid and shut up, when in reality a lot of people don't agree with the pacing on the alpha path at all.
The aunt has the hots for the MC, but we haven't seen her in ages, one teacher constantly flirts with you, but you haven't made a single move like staying a bit longer in class and see if she would object to some fun. And don't tell me it's because the MC is "not that much of an alpha yet, he's just on the way." He didn't have any problem groping Karla and being more assertive.
I just find it funny that we constantly read "dev has a plan" and that the "pacing is realistic" when it seems no one is complaining about how fast the beta/NTR/cuck route develops.
Why aren't people practically screaming for that to go slower, because it's soooo unrealistically paced?
Or is it really that much more realistic than fast progress in the alpha route would be? That women would be corrupted so fast by two dicks, just because they are rich?
In general by now I think I'm more frustrated by the comments by people in this thread, than with the actual development of the game, which seems to have picked up again.
