Dream scenes are usually the laziest BS in games. Can't craft a storyline that does what you want while still getting a reasonable amount of action in for players? Dream sequence! Can't figure out how to get X character into bed with Y character? Dream sequence!

In this game, the first sequence did act as a harbinger of what path you were on, and was thus effective. Later ones (or daydreams/fap sessions), meh.
