Breedtown is an excellent game with cumflation if I remember correctly. It's being made into a trilogy and the second game is also complete.

Pretty much 100% of all indie games do this, anything not made by a major dev; I think you have to do some certification shenanigans with Microsoft for it (IIRC it costs money?) to not do that. It doesn't mean it's got viruses or that it's evil in some way, it just means Microsoft doesn't know anything about it.
If you trust the source of a program, you can hit "run anyway" all you want.
In this case, the dev has made something like 30-40 games now, so it's very unlikely that they're out distributing evil nasty viruses, they would've been banned by now.

You Can turn this off in the windows settings, install source something something, iirc, not on my pc atm

Well.. i see the vast majority of the games here aint even ren´py which is mainly the platform i play so i guess ill present some ren´py based games with cumflation...
Cara in Creekmaw ( pretty normal(i think) since its also a beastiality game )
Desert Stalker ( has only 1 scene which can be seen in the gallery with Kateryna )
Lunars Chosen (Episode 1 has 2 different scenes... basically the second is a rework of the first... the first time you go talk to Phoenix in the Lab (if u have Futa content active.. which is easily turned on/off with cheat codes) and the rest of the game u can go there for a repeat of that "reworked" scene) (Episode 2 has only 1 scene with Phoenix(same place) still which is a polished and better version of Episode 1)
(do note that i played the whole game with futa content off.. only later on did i toggled it on... so there might be more cumflation scenes other than the repeatable ones i mentioned)
Hypnosis (has cumflation but very mild.. barely noticeable so far... but it seems it will pick up soon (based on the last content of the main path... could be wrong tho )
Earn your Freedom 3D (with this one is more Enema than Cumflation(also only 1 repeatable scene at school)... but ill still say it just because.. its basically the same )

Hard Stuck has cumflation in it. Currently it's only as an ending (seen as my signature) and some semi-inflation during scenes but the dev showed a preview of a cumflation mode where the protag's stomach grows the more cum you hold. Should be available within the next month or so. Interesting gameplay and the protag is cute and chubby

Have you seen any lists that don't ignore a huge chunk of games? Did you not include all games that have any mention of gay, furry, or has a lot of text? Or did you leave out only those that are no other option but those things. Like would you leave out a game where the PC can be any gender / sex and NPCs can as well?
Male/Male is exactly why I was excited to be linked here to your list. That's like throwing out a quarter of all options in the basic sex punnet square. Diagram below if you aren't familiar with the term.

And I don't mind furry and a lot of text adventures are high quality since it doesn't require the creator to also be an artist or hire one. So close. People need to not describe this as a master list.

Then add them, dear Henry. From a quick scan Broken dreams Correctional Facility checks all those boxes. So does Lilith's Throne. While lacking fury content playing as a male in Trap Quest means lots of gay sex.

Edit: I was mistaken. EPBG had egg bloat, pregnancy, etc, but not cumflation.

You are right. I've been realizing that as I add to this. I was beginning to notice that this is a list for straight, non-furry enjoyers. Also that the list is geared towards non-text based adventures.
Please feel free to add some gay, and/or furry games to a post and I'll be sure to include it on the OP post crediting you. At some point in the near future, I will go back and revamp my list to include all kinds sexual orientation.
I can't promise it'll be large as I am not actively seeking those out. This list is a community effort so I'll need some help.

Totally agree, i'm not against other sexual preferences but i don't personally like them, for that(like i had seen in others posts) it's good and convenient to have it warned and tagged for especific terms like for example, Straight(that is the most common one) Gay, Lesbian, Furry(if that's some kind of sexual preference too) Futa, etc....You are right.
