im having trouble getting chloes 2nd to last punishment.. i take away the panties but when i enter she says leave and peeking she always has them on but i cant do anything after that.. any ideas?

nevermind to had complete other events first

HTP: The scenes rotate and some trigger only on specific days.
NSSA: Anywhere - spying on you in the shower, snooping in Em's room, etc.

HTP: If Chloe has already Exhibition Level 1 this star isn't possible anymore. You can reset the exhibition level by enabling the console using the unren.bat. In game use Shift+o and type "c1Ex = 0" (without the quotes), after seeing the scene, you can reset it with "c1Ex = 1"...
NSSA: Did you spank Chloe manually (don't use fast spanking)?

I'm not sure what your question is about. Here are some tips
To start "Chloe's Training", you need to reveal Chloe's Humilation Trait during "Truth or Dare" which requires both Chloe and Emily having Corruption Level 1. Talk to Susan frequently to report Chloe's progress.
During truth & Dare : dare Chloe to undress x3, then dare her to play a dog, then Truth her about humiliation. You have a new training and pet play available
