From a cursory look, the original game hasn't been updated in 3 months and the dev stop communicating since september 8th which is not looking good since he was posting messages on patreon every week almost.

My worry for this "project" is whether or not he will be able to make new images and scenes or if he will just reuse all the old assets and stop when he runs out?

I am a fan of the original but if it's dead, a remake is better than nothing.


FYI, the game is using the SAME save location as the original... please change that

By definition it cant be scam as people know what they are paying for and no one is trying to hide the fact that this game is a remake and uses ai.

Absolute idiots in this thread calling this just "stolen assets", download the game, it's literally the original game with edited texts, nothing was done with it, the "dev" didn't remake a whole other game with just the images used.

There is a MASSIVE difference between taking a game, that you'd typically have to pay for, and giving it out for free vs. Taking that games assets and SELLING IT YOURSELF.
Yes this is a pirated games forum, yes the content is here without the creators permission, but creating an entire other source at which you can buy the game from that doesn't support the creator is insane.
Many times on F95 I find myself trying to support the original creator, as I simply enjoy the game that much and would like to see it continued. The fact that this thread would lead you to a completely different source who (as of right now) has nothing to do with the creation of the content should not be allowed, at least until its confirmed that the game is truly abandoned with no hope it will ever return.

This dumb fucking comment shows that YOU do not know the difference between pirating (making paid stuff available for people that cannot/do not want to buy it) and stealing assets for self profit (which prevents the original developer from gaining money from HIS OWN work). While I do not think PFFG deserves any defense for the shit they pulled, this (as many others have mentioned) opens pandoras box for ANYONE to steal ANYONE ELSES work to profit for themselves. If this logic applies the same way anyone that can pirate can also just steal anyones project on this website and everyone but also noone at the same time is allowed to make money.

If the dev wasn't a massive pussy he would go and make his own project inspired by this game like this one, but I guess if you're talentless and have to profit from someone elses work you can also go the way this scumbag is going.

how is that supposed to legitimate plagiarism? you're either a numbskull or dishonest just like the "remake" author seems to be. i don't condemn the act of using someone else product as inspiration to your own project, but as of right now that's not what tanajura's doing. the only way to describe this is blatant stealing.
