Noticed that too. If I were to guess, dev might not be aware of what it means, or is mixing it up and should be Queen of Hearts instead. Or it’s alluding to what the description means with “…or is it?” And this seems like a family harem game but could go in a “different direction.”

Personally I’ll be waiting to see planned tags and an answer to this question among others.
