cant find the game.exe

There are 2 versions of the game:
.exe: You must extract or execute it and it will contain the game.exe
.zip: Is the same as the .exe but apparently Joiplay only work with zips (I don't have even a phone so I don't know).
If one don't work try the other.

Tags have pregnancy? is it just and ending slide or do we get actual pregnant sex?

Currently a pregnant character will have a belly and the effect of pregnancy will end after some days.

I don't know (I haven't a phone, sorry) try to play it without extracting it.

The game uses a static paperdoll system so your characters will take place in the correspondant place in the sex scene ex: a male fucks a female = a futa fucks a female the pose will be the same but the characters will change.

Currently paying all the debt but I will change/remove it in the next version, is just that I'm currently working in my other project.

I don't know exactly what you mean.
I created a custom class named Player and created the $Player variable.
It is saved in the savedata as [layer2]
To add/increase money I use -add_money(value)-
I may change it to the normal rpg maker gold variable.
