Ended up just manually picking the directory myself. Worked fine after that. Though if you could upload a version with a fixed update.ini, then you probably should. Would save a few moments of pause for anyone else that might download it in the future.

You download whichever mod you want from twitter, CM discord, motimoti3d.jp, mods.meido.dev, whatever

It pretty much sums up the basic requirements like essential plugins and uncensor.You need deep understanding of how mods work to not fuck everything up or to get something working properly. This is what this game will eventually teach you if you *play* long enough. At that point you're qualified to become a modder yourself.
And no, this ain't koikatu. There's no such thing as a premodded repack. You do everything yourself. And depending on who you ask the effort may or may not be worth it. Getting everything you want is a journey in itself. There's no other game on the market like this. Sure, it's ancient by today's standards, even by 2015 standards it's old, it has its quirks and weird limitations but it sure is fun to mess with and it's easy enough to learn and exploit.
You'll never even finish all the available dlc content for it. I gave up playing it years ago because I don't care about story and it's too convoluted to even try keeping up with all the events. What I do like is to spend hours recreating character presets with all the parts I can find and make some mods myself if I cant find what I need. That's what this game is all about. The CM discord modding community is very helpful in this regard and I suggest heading there if you have any questions.
What you downloaded from op is very very old considering how much content is released every year. A new dlc is released every week. A much more recent version can be found

The number of mods is also vast, coming from many modders and plugin creators. DLC, outfits, content, and personalities are also updated monthly and yearly. Besides all of that, collecting mods and using them to create meido characters for photo shoots is also great. I've been playing this game for 2-3 years but still haven't explored all of it yet XD.
For those playing at this time, it’s also very difficult to find mods that some modders have deleted or blocked. Or, luckily, you might be able to request it from someone who is still holding onto it.

That's for com3d2.5. You must first convert com3d2 to com3d2.5 using the com3d2.5 installer.
Question is why would you want com3d2.5? It is essentially broken because after the last update most plugins were broken. It will take some time for most plugins to be fixed and a new CMI to be released to support it.

I'll download this whole game and all I need to unlock 18+ scenes is download the patch that removes censorship? And that's it?

I redownloaded the game after like 2 years and Im surprised how it's still going (and like 60 gigs bigger). I appreciate you guys who're keeping it alive.
I need help from someone who knows about this game. I've made it through the tedious process of downloading 14 zip files and I open the game and it's censored. Also, maybe it's unavailable for the first 3 maids but the "preset" button in the character customizer where I would select presets made by other people that I downloaded doesn't do anything at all, even though the game's presets folder already has things in it.
What I have tried: downloaded the uncensor patch attached to the first comment, downloaded the sybaris thing from the github page linked on the first page, run the migrator exe and moved the patch files into Sybaris\UnityInjector. The game's default uncensor effect is gone but what's there barely looks like a vagina so I must have done something wrong.
Please give me this advice like I'm a complete idiot, with direct links and detailed explanations of what I need to do to get this game with all the content and no censoring. I'm someone used to the convenience of BetterRepack for Koikatsu and Honey Select 2 where you just download one torrent and it's the full game with years worth of mods already uncensored and no hassle. Huge thanks to anyone who helps me out.

Did you ever find a fix to this issue? I just had a fresh install and installed all the vol 10 dlc(the one causing the t pose were; the rindere harem, xmas 2024, and sword/elegant knight set) now my master wont stop asserting dominance over my maids for certain swapping positions.

first try to disable all plugins and test without them. Rename winhttp.dll to _winhttp.dll to disable plugins.

try another male body
If it's a game issue there's nothing you can do about it until kiss fixes it.

I tried those and was told that it is Kiss' fuckup on their end after someone else tried it too.

Same case here. Always keep my game updated, keep mods conflicts to none, and did what inlolz suggested as well, and it didn't work. Let's just wait to Kiss fix this issue in the future, brother.

Yeah no rush brother. I only just restarted so theres like years worth of content i gotta go through.
Does anyone know which hosting site is best to download from? I'd normally use pixeldrain or mega but there's a download limit on both WAY lower than the size of the game. I guess I could do it over like a week but if one of the other ones work well and can be vouched for, I'll use one of those. Thanks for any info!

Either one's good enough, but I slightly preffer Mega, if you don't have premium you can easily bypass the limit using any free VPN you could find on the web.
