I redownloaded the game after like 2 years and Im surprised how it's still going (and like 60 gigs bigger). I appreciate you guys who're keeping it alive.

Did you ever find a fix to this issue? I just had a fresh install and installed all the vol 10 dlc(the one causing the t pose were; the rindere harem, xmas 2024, and sword/elegant knight set) now my master wont stop asserting dominance over my maids for certain swapping positions.

first try to disable all plugins and test without them. Rename winhttp.dll to _winhttp.dll to disable plugins.
update the game
try another male body
If it's a game issue there's nothing you can do about it until kiss fixes it.

I tried those and was told that it is Kiss' fuckup on their end after someone else tried it too.

Same case here. Always keep my game updated, keep mods conflicts to none, and did what inlolz suggested as well, and it didn't work. Let's just wait to Kiss fix this issue in the future, brother.

Yeah no rush brother. I only just restarted so theres like years worth of content i gotta go through.
Does anyone know which hosting site is best to download from? I'd normally use pixeldrain or mega but there's a download limit on both WAY lower than the size of the game. I guess I could do it over like a week but if one of the other ones work well and can be vouched for, I'll use one of those. Thanks for any info!

Either one's good enough, but I slightly preffer Mega, if you don't have premium you can easily bypass the limit using any free VPN you could find on the web.

can I trouble you with a full output_log.txt that recorded that T-pose issue?
it's in COM3D2x64_Data\output_log.txt
I'm curious to see what the game has to say about it. It should at least complain about some missing script or something.
It's odd that you say that even a costume set triggers it.
How exactly did you reach the conclusion that these dlc cause the issue? If you remove the arc files introduced by these dlc then all is good?

It's not much of a survey if everybody is using the same repack and the same update source. We need someone who installed from official source to confirm the issue. Otherwise there could just be data corruption inside the reuploaded packages.
I have someone in mind that could help but I need you to describe the issue the best you can where and when it happens so I can forward it for testing. I'm not familiar with the events and whatever yotogi skills they involve because that's not what I use the game for.
I can't really test anything for myself until my laptop is sent back from service. It's going to take until next month to have a replacement chip shipped from China. And they're not even sure that's the issue. I'm going to strangle someone if they tell me they need another part and wait another month. Parts are cheap. I could have ordered every possible part that might cause the issue in one go.

I've also came across the same problem, may I trouble you how can I obtain the exact output_log.txt that you need? Do I just start the game as normal with mods (My game only has all the data, mods and updates from your repack, btw) run into the issue and check the txt file? Sorry to be a bother, but I couldn't be more of a neardenthal when it comes to these troubleshooting details.

play normally, trigger the scene or some scenes with that issue then quit the game and upload the log. Try not to play for a long time because the log will be more cluttered.

Here's the file. I triggered some yotogi "exchange" scenes with both Majime and Tsundere, all with the T-Pose issue for the random male customer's model. Hope it can help you. Thanks.

Can you specify what you mean by that so I can try to get it for you?

Here it is boss. And yes removing the arc files in the dlc allowed the animation to load normally. I only found out what worked because i tested every single volume 10 dlc, one at a time, by;
updating via the application file(like the readme says)> going into the game to yotogi>load exchange, virginity loss
I then repeat the process with the next dlc and if it caused the specific problem... I delete the game and spend the next 30 minutes unzipping it and repeating the process anew by installing the next dlc.
Sorry to hear about the laptop issue since I know that feeling of ordering overseas over and over to test parts.
If there is a problem with my output, please let me know.
Also just to note, without the 3 problem dlc, the confession (piledriving caress) doesnt show up in exchange but the lust section normally. With the problem dlcs, it shows up there.

Your log is clean. No traces of any errors.
Check if B1_SOU_00129.ks and the other missing scripts can be found with SybarisArcEditor and which arc file contains them

Got bored and decided to try and run this game on my android phone using Winlator for shits and giggles. I used the R1 version of the repack loaded with some other DLC's I picked bringing it to a total of around 47GB in size for my first attempt. I also used CMI 2.6.3. for plugins and such. Game boots up very slowly. Took about 18 minutes for it to finally start but ran without issue until the end of the first Yotogi. One quick settings change and 18 minutes later it booted once again for good this time. Played for a bit and loaded in another set of DLC's bringing it to 63GB and it somehow took almost exactly the same amount of time to boot up despite having several more gigs worth of gamedata to process. I still haven't found a workaround for the long startup time but I'm satisfied that it still ran perfectly fine and can bear the wait.
Game ran at 768p at 60 fps on the highest graphics settings on a phone with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. For those interested trying it out, my Winlator 9.0 settings are:
- Turnip 24.3.0
- DXVK 2.5.2
- PulseAudio
- Box64 Preset: Performace (use intermediate if crashing or not booting)
- Startup Selection: Essential
- Windows Version: Windows 7
*Everything else was left to default
My phone only used like 40% of the GPU according to the inbuilt game monitor so I'm pretty sure even Snapdragon 7's can run this reasonably well (with the exception of the 7S Gen 2). The 18 minute long wait starts when the "[Info :ShortStartLoader] ■■■■■■■■ Done loading mods" line appears in BepInEx. Sometimes the game will freeze but will still go through if given enough time.
Oh and one more thing. Winlator uses Wine and it loads .dll's differently from normal windows. If you plan to run mods you need to click Start, go to Wine Configuration, Libraries, add "winhttp" and set it to "(native, builtin)".

Pretty surprised that there are no errors, I made a new output again with an older save and skimmed through it, like you said, it is clean with no animation errors.
I couldnt find said script mentioned via arc editor but the engplg_coupling002 arcs and listed functions *seems* to be there.
If im being retarded despite your hand holding please let me know, I dont want to be that guy when someone is trying to be helpful but when I go full retard, I go full retard.
Also to note, this is the second day in a row where I used the exchange virginity loss , it doesnt overwrite the virgin setting no matter how many times I use it. My meido will always be pure when I let other strangers do it, true loyalty here.

Excuse me inlolz, sorry to bother you with possibly stupid questions but how can I launch SybarisArcEditor to find the missing scripts? Also, does it download or re-enable them, perhaps? Once again, thanks for the time and will to help us.

I got information that this T pose bug doesn't normally occur. At least not on COM3D2.5 where someone tested with all dlc installed from official source.
I don't see anything in common with the mentioned dlc zips and nothing uncommon.
The common files like script.arc would be overwritten anyway by update 2.31.2 because of higher file version.
SAE is in the game folder. It's installed from CMI. No it doesn't fix anything. It's just like windows explorer but for .arc game files. It has a search bar and some useful tools.
The missing ks scripts I mentioned from the log file should be in script.arc which is a base game arc. The scrips are present in 2.31.2 but from that log only the B1 scripts are there. B1_ is for Majime. A_ is for Tsundere and are not in there. So this leads me to believe that you are trying to trigger yotogi that don't exist for all personalities and shouldn't be listed there unless you are using some cheat script to unlock them or kiss fucked up somewhere or both.
I don't know what Free Guest script does but I wouldn't be surprised if it unlocks things that it shouldn't.
I remember reading somewhere that missing scripts for a personality should be automatically fixed with a plugin that replaces the script name with another similar name from the main 3 personalities at the cost of having mismatched voices. No idea if that plugin made it in CMI or if it was/is part of something else.
So I'm asking again. Are you sure that you guys are on the latest 2.31.2 version?
Both your logs report version 2.30.0 which makes testing useless if that update doesn't support whatever newer yotogi you are trying to trigger.
