I downloaded both (and helped seeding the second one), but only tried the first one. It works fine. Don't forget to install the COM Modular Installer on either of them.

Bro search COM Modular Installer download and install, follow the instructions in readme. (rcm chosen non-Japanese Localizations AIO-Like” preset)

I'm not sure where I went wrong.
When I was taking off my panties, the female character, I found it.
When I installed CMI, I did not change anything, I just selected the settings as the program had already selected.

post full log from COM3D2x64_Data\output_log.txt
By the looks of it bepinex doesn't initialize at all. Most likely because of some permissions issues.
Try running the game as admin
Don't install it in Downloads
Game path must not be excessively long.
Take ownership of the drive
