As far as I can tell it was never shared. That account only posts screenshots. So it was likely made by someone else.

1. it's not corrupted. you just don't know how to extract split volume 7zip archives properly OR you are using a download manager that changed the base name of one of the parts or altered the extension. so it won't work if all the parts are not named the same or you are missing one or more parts (aka "unexpected end of data")
It should be COM3D2_EN.7z.001, COM3D2_EN.7z.002 ... COM3D2_EN.7z.014 or whatever the count is in op.
If what you downloaded doesn't look like that then it won't work. Simple as. And use 7zip to extract, not winrar.

Does anyone have a download link for the DLC? "[COM3D2 Append] [CR Edit System Data Link]", I can't find it anywhere, I only need the installer, nothing else. I already have COM3d2 installed perfectly, but I'm just missing this damn DLC to have CR active.

So keep that in mind because you will need a fuck load of storage for the upgrade. How do I fix this, using the v9 repack also updated game to latest version, scheduled NTR event the AV one using tsundere personality
It worked with base muku personality
Used maid fiddler to unlock scenes, could it be that tsundere just doesn't have some of the events?

maid fiddler sucks at unlocking stuff. It doesn't care if the script for that scenario exists or not for a certain personality type and you can run into a dead end and even break your save. Use only the unlock scripts and cheat menu from CMI. They are much safer. I remember there was a script or plugin that could replace a missing .ks script with a different similar one from another personality. So for example if A_VIP_dlc017_0001.ks can't be found it would automatically be replaced with a similar script A1_VIP_dlc017_0001.ks. However, even if the event would technically work, the voice would be of muku instead of tsundere.
I can't remember what the plugin is called or if it was integrated into something else and I can't find any conversations where it was suggested. All I know is that it exists somewhere on CM discord.
Edit: the plugin is called COM3D2.InterLewd.dll by PainBrioche.
It goes in BepInEx\plugins\COM3D2.InterLewd.dll

Thanks, I dug a little deeper and found out Tsundere has fewer content than the other personalities, might be future dlcs for now, shame that I already made a busty tsundere for NTR shenanigans but all I get are a few swapping events and skills.......
So the sukebei download is just the vanila game and the f95 has the dlcs in it. Or whats the best to download now?
For English only? what I did was get it on sukebei then follow the link on the description on how to get DLCs, for the ultimate version with JP and Eng combined not sure was too confusing and large for me to even attempt

I think you have a wrong perception of what "vanilla" means. It means no mods included. Which is valid for both since the one in op is just an ancient version of what is now on sukebei.
That being said I think R10 is long due and I'm not really sure what's the direction we should take. Would you rather have a normal COM3D2 R10 or COM3D2.5 RX1? Or both? If so should it be all in one or should it be a separate COM3D2 and COM3D2.5+KCES? Or should we not bother with 2.5 at all? I don't see the point really. I have a backup of jap/eng KCES fully updated just in case you're gonna need it for CRC but other than that its's still kinda useless. As for COM3D2.5 I never bothered to "upgrade". It takes a lot of storage to have both.
From my understanding a full (jap) COM3D2.5 is required to decrypt all the KCES .aba files. That's doable. But if I upgrade that version there's no way I can also upgrade and maintain the eng COM3D2.5. That's just too much and plain stupid at the core. Over 800GB of vanilla quad-duplicate game files.
There is a way to have both COM and COM2.5 without sacrificing a whole drive. Strip the whole COM2.5 Gamedata folder of duplicate files and have them load from the normal COM Gamadata with a script (ArcRedirector I think?) PainBrioche made some time ago. This will work but .aba decryption will fail for new dlc because the game probably expects the required .arc files to be in COM2.5 GameData not in COM GameData. I don't expect kiss to take the logical measures and merge the two games already. Not after the fiasco from years ago when they struggled to fork them into 2.x and 3.x branch. It's not that hard to do. Have a folder for common GameData files and one for the difference and have two launchers with two sets of dll for now. If they do this I'm sure the remaining COM exclusive plugins that matter will be made compatible with COM2.5 engine eventually and maybe someone will step in to mod the new highpoly body and unlock the modding capabilities of COM2.5 and probably CRC too. Until then COM3D2.5 is practically useless since there is no uncensor for it. Even if you remove the mosaic shader there's nothing there. You probably don't know this but the vanilla body does not have any holes modeled in. A new LO body is doable but it takes real talent to make and I don't think there's anyone left it the community to take that challenge. At least not without being forced to make the switch.

How do i get the male mesh/skins and i dont see the high quality female ones shown here uncensor is installed but its just a slightly shaded rectangle between the legs? I got the sukebei vanilla repack r9 what am i missing?

you get male mesh/skins by installing CMI and selecting a skinned male body in male editor. If you want more then also install the modpack.
