You can't just point to an entire gallery and ask where to find mods like that. So I'm assuming that you are not looking for mods but for presets like that since most of them just push the sliders beyond limits and use a ton of shapekeys and likely some photoshop. So these presets are impossible to share because very few preset creators ever share the shapekey values for whatever custom body mod they are using. These presets were made for posing and not much else.
What you have to do is to think of a character that actually fits in that body type range and search for it on

Then tweak it to your preferences using wideslider (F5) and shapekeys (ShapekeyMaster in the gear menu) and use that preset as a base for making more.
You can start with searching for Atlanta, Nelson, CA-130 Bremerton, Asagi, Rinko and whatever.
COM is not particularly good at exaggerating body proportions. Most clothes won't fit without major clipping issues. You might actually want to try another game for this purpose. Try Koikatu or miconisomi games.

hello mr inlolzwetrust, i wanna install the SliderDelimiter thingy from CMI installation but it doesn't show for me as a box to check. i've already done the CMI installation without the SliderDelimiter, what do?

You have to upgrade to COM3D2.5 if you want to use COM3D2.5 plugins. How you do that I have no idea. I don't know if the old upgrade tool from their site still works and I don't really have the spare storage to test it because it will clone the existing installation, downgrade the original to 1.55 and upgrade the other to 3.xx or whatever version was at that time. IF it still works that is.
Unless someone makes Custom Maid Ultimate 3D2.5 with all 3D2.5 dlc for easy migration I'm not touching it.
I might consider doing it for eng version because it's easier for me to trace the release dates of dlc to the point when X0 was released and reinstall them. There shouldn't be that many. X0 has the COM3D2.5 upgrade tool for eng version.
For jap version it was supposed to be a normal update with no plans of going back but it backfired when it broke basically everything and the community wanted to revert and stay on the stable normal version.
For all I know there might be a new COM3D2.5 installer but it was never shared.

From what I remember the update is separate from the DLC.
I used it with the nutaku version of the game, so not sure if it would detect a pirated copy and nuke itself.

Where are all the tags for this game? Popular thread but missing even basic tags. Also, what's even recommended to download this game. Install instructions just say download and extra but there's soo many versions and people seem to be having lots of issues

We were talking about japanese version which is a whole other mess to deal with. At least that's what I think they were referring to.
Hey dude I have been looking into COM3D2 as I am interested in the game and frankly it's a lot, especially compared to previous h games I have played from illusion and miconisomi. Nonetheless, I am hooked by 2.5 extra customization options and honestly it would be very awesome if you could do this!

That 2.5 customization comes at a high cost.
Some of the important plugins from COM3D2 are still broken. Some will never be fixed.
There are no mods made for the 2.5 body. This means no uncensor.
Modded presets from COM3D2 won't display properly in COM3D2.5 because the plugin responsible for custom sliders is broken. I think there's a replacement for it but don't know for sure.
You can't use new highpoly male body with old maid body. So that's a huge drawback.
You can't use old and new body in the same scene.
Unless all the usual plugins are fixed I would advise against the upgrade.

I really wanted 2.5 for the male customization as well but you definitely have convinced me otherwise, I didn't know it was that much behind. COM3D2 it is then! Does the download here include the most important mods like the uncensor/sliders you mentioned? I know it has the DLCs and the game but yea what about the mods?
And another thing, I read that the English ver is behind in terms of DLC ccompared to the JP ver even with this many DLCs from page 1?

2.5 will become the new standard just because of the unity engine upgrade and optimizations. But give it a bit more time. Adoption can't be forced. Well it can, but it's not the time yet. In time I will write instructions how to upgrade.
2.5 isn't behind. It's the future. But we are not yet prepared for it. The next game will likely use the same engine and features.
What you want now is something that works and you can work with.

. Just make sure to read the documentation and not spam "Next" like a retard. It is retard friendly but not retard proof. And that is by design. Ask the author why. Just don't use Basic preset if you actually want to use mods and downloaded presets.ENG will always be behind JAP version. But not by a lot. It's catching up fast. You will be missing the collab dlc and jap exclusive stuff. Not a big deal really. If you need them for mod compatibility there are ways around it.
*this many dlc from page 1*. LOL. That's like 10% of the dlc out of total by number. Less by weighted volume.
The repack in op is somewhere around 55% of what's available today for eng version by number of dlc installed. That's how old it is.
If you want to go deeper into modding you should first accustom yourself with the game and find what it can and can't do. Learn to read errors and what they mean. It's not rocket science. There are more fail safes in place than you need so the game won't crash like it used to years ago. Installing a huge modpack at this point might be too overwhelming if you don't follow the complete instructions.
You've probably already seen screenshots of what the game can do but that can only be done with modding for now. Everyrthing COM3D2.5 can do can already be done with normal COM3D2 with mods. It's not as straight forward but it works.
