Someone knows how to delete NPRShaders? i'm trying to install shaderservant and it asks to delete nprshaders on the reddit.
Also I don't have update file, should I reinstall everything while disabling windows anti malware? thanks in advance! (I used R9 pack and try to use genshin Characters)

You have to update because you might have compatibility issues with i18nEx translation plugin. There have been changes in a short time frame and I can't remember the minimum required version for i18nEx. Always update to latest version unless someone explicitly tells you not to. It's good practice to wait at least a week after an update is published if you don't want to be a guinea pig.

For CM the version doesn't really matter anymore. Nobody made plugins for it in a very very long time and there weren't any game breaking changes every since kiss dropped support for it (well technically they still support it with updates but nothing major). You can update it if you want. As I already said you have to read the instructions if you have issues

? Yes. It sounds like you have a really old version because NPRshader stopped being supported by western community long ago.
CMI will likely not install because you need a newer game version. Update it

It's important that you don't use the "Basic" preset while setting up CMI. Use "Similar to Noctsoul AIO" or "My recommendation'. Don't disable XUnityAutotranslator. Even if the game is english the mods for it are not. You must disable i18nEx on english game.
Genshin characters from where? If it's from R4.10 they should all work. Not the best accuracy and quality but they work fine. If you buy them from zoobot (now zohobot) and have any issues you should ask him for support on discord. His mods are direct ports with great accuracy but may or may not behave well in game.

It's from zohobot, so I asked in his discord but i'll try to solve it by saying what you said first too. I don't know if his mods are supposed to be paid for since I got them from db bepis moe, in that case that may be why it's not working for me

bepis presets are simple reuploads by random people. Presets require mods to work. So one way ore another you have to get those mods. There was a time when the mods were free and were distributed in a modpack. Then -something- happened and the author had to delete his patreon and make another. From there on all mods are behind paywall. Many people have a backup of the old modpack myself included. But out of courtesy I don't want to interfere with his business model. So. The only pointer I can give you is an anon post on /h/com3d2. That's the only clue you will get from me.

ShapeAnimator? wasn't that removed from CMI some years ago? You have to use Shapekey Master now. There's a button in the gear menu that looks like a pair of glasses but it is a stylized SM.
