I also use a Mac. Download both the Windows and Mac versions, copy the Windows version GAME folder and overwrite the Mac GAME folder with it. You will find the game folder in contents -> resources -> autorun.

Deliverance, after two and half years (2019-2022) 290 pages of comments.
Sadly, but probably we can say that CS is a flop if compared to Deliverance.

that works usually unless renpy version changes, then needs to do new port with help of renpy sdk for mac.
