When talking to the lady in black in the current update, which option give you relationship points?

None of them. The game remembers how much the MC chooses to tell her in this episode, so it may come into play in a later update, but it doesn't award affection points on the basis of it.
If the MC already has a decent-ish relationship with her (
fvp.aff >= 6 and fvp.lf("ep4_continue")), he'll get the choice of either a lewd scene or learning her name (or at least a name she goes by).

Haven't heard much from them since the whole "debate" thing happened near the games launch.
Started playing, just had a question. Do models get updated, mainly in the nipple region? They look flat and look like they're just drawn on the breast.

No. A few of the characters/scenes are mutually exclusive, e.g.:
Don't tell Lilith about Mia and Zhine in episode 4.
also do u know man how to accept the blaze and lynch job in the tabs? im unable to do so

You're probably below the minimum danger requirement in the job description (see the "danger meter" on the left of the screen). If the MC's been taking care to keep the danger level low in the previous updates, he's locked out of the jobs in this episode. Poor design imho, but it is what it is.
