Marek is a mutant, you'll meet him if you keep playing the main story.
If you've opened the Bonds menu on your current save, this causes the save to bloat. A few people have figured our how to fix this, use the Search to try to find them if you want to try.
Go to Cyberslayers_0.4.2_FULL\Cyberslayers\www\save and check which save file is arround 200 KB, if it is like 3 MB it is bloated and can not be made faster.
If you want to see bonds, save see them and then load the game again.
About Marak you can find out by following the story.

Uhh do I need to download his patch or whatever? cause it seem to be up there with the main pages. Also after checking my save I have like 50 different save that have 5000 KB each and all my recent save is also at the 3000 KB is there a way to save it with less? (also when you say Reload the save is it as in I need to exist the game to reload it or I can just reload it during the game?)
Anyway, I'm a bit confused of how to fight in combat, Like I taunt them but they get more angry and defeated me after a couble of hit, Like is it just a base luck chance? Or I'm I doing some thing wrong.

Treat combat as back to front. To start with you can just attack and will win easily. By doing Taunts etc. the circle changes from green to yellow to red. Green = pretty much insta win every time. Yellow = Chance of taking damage. Red = Even Higher.
If you don't want to see H Scenes just attack attack attack the ghouls etc
Content is unlocked with Phantasm, you have to collect hearts and SEXP, rest is your choice. So far I think it is mostly dialog and may be several scenes that differ. Haven't tried pure Pure run w/o sex to see if she will get raped. Considering dialogs between Bolton and the Dr. I guess even if you are Pure there will be a rape simulation to brake you planned for the future.
Likely to mostly be submissive female characters, dominate male characters. There might be some more female dominant scenes, but it's likely to always be a minimal percent relative to the other scenes.
Not all of it is get beaten to have sex, but the developer is mostly focused on the submissive female character type content.

So there pretty much no point of getting them to yellow and red? and if there is a point what can you do to make your stat better to actually win during the yellow and red phase?
If the goal is to win then the only point is to see their clothes get ripped up and the winning pose with their clothes in shambles

It can for certain fights. Usually the first time you fight a new monster, it will be referenced later if you win or lose.

A late reply but I finally figured it out.
After doing a shift on your computer at the police station (evening) you can go down to the basement to meet up with Raph.
Be sure to have "sexy pose III" activated though.

By far one of the best games on F95zone. Ticks just about all the boxes of my perverted brain. 
Still a bit glitchy at times.
Game froze after doing the first scan for Jade in the downtown main square. It froze in the sense of the icons disappearing. It's still possible to access the menu, but I can't go anywhere else. Bug?
For some reason after accessing the pad and looking at a profile, it came back.
There are three locations to scan. The main square, the shop and finally one that I couldn't find at first.......it's in the public hot bath. You'll have to pay and access the baths.
After doing the three scans for some reason the dialogue boxes disappeared and I can't see the choices anymore.
Any way to fix this? I saved after scanning the third location and restarted the game. Seems to be the only option to get the dialogues back.
Can't wait for the next update. Corrupting sweet Jade is top of the to do list.

A note to pervs like me that let Kassiah get raped at first and are not able to create a bond 2 with her....
I submitted to Marak and after visiting the Ivory tower where the slayers exploits are being reviewed there's a scene with Kassiah in the main hall where the bond is finally up to level 2.
Got completely frustrated about this.
