Mtool is great for most editing, but I am not so sure about the makers constant updating. (Seems more designed for web page hits that truly needed, in my opinion.)
RPGM_MV_Cheat_Menu, is pretty darn good too, but is does not translate for you so variable amounts comparison and trial and error needed a lot to get values you want.
I was assuming that you wanted to cheat the value's?
it removes the sexp to unlock everything but you will still need the hearts.

i do agree that early in-game some one-time choices (non-essential) can easily be blocked due lack of sexp, one may have to spend what one has in order to unlock an option only to shortly find oneselves facing another choice with option(s) locked behind other skill(s). the dev probably thinks "farming" (collecting sexp and hearts) plays well along progressing with daily/special events, it may be so but i don't think it works for everybody, i myself got annoyed first time i played where i had to load earlier saves to preserve or farm sexp and hearts to be able to make the choices i want for Aline during one-time events (and i don't think i was rushing the progression of the gameplay), it most likely depends on how each individual explores and proceeds in the game

Developers please fix the sound i am playing with 20 of volume and 1% of the volume in the mastervolume these sounds is the loudest i've met like 100googol% of the sound that was taken.who done this was like the add makers that work with 200% of the sound that was given and putting it on 300% volume in the final product.

I don't understand the point of taunting in combat. It seems to make it more likely to lose. An ideal corruption game would make the optimal option also the corrupting option, instead of giving the player the choice of deciding whether to win or lose.
In this game you not really fighting rather directing a fight. Girls can be as collected and cautious as you want or arrogant and careless as you want, its more of a roleplay thing than actual challenge here. One of the themes of the game is that girls being too arrogant which can lead to their failure.
Also taunting is the only way for you to perform Ultimate Slayer attack which is finishing maneuver... that pretty much does nothing other than heroines looking cool while doing it.
You also get a boost of Virtual Hearts of Arrogance doing that.
Fights are more for fun and showing bad ass heroines, it's a very personal approach. A little randomness makes it more spicy.
good to see dev still stopping by here, i skipped last 2 updates waiting for 0.5 version, since old saves won't be compatible with it also for being tired of the wait on saving/loading proccess.
also i wanted to ask does. purchasing seeker/core soul tiers once, give one access to all available sets, or does one have to purchase each set individually when they come out or during limted time offer ?

Well tbh this bonus doesnt really matter much apart from very early game., dont get me wrong its cool option to have, I using it a lot, its just Im not doing it for the bonus. Mostly Im doing it for the sake of randomness and to strike cool finisher.
