You must change the color of the "green" levers to the color of the lights you see close to the gate by interacting with it, in this case Green Blue and Red from left to right (Note, i think the Snake Lady can hear you if you use the lever close to her, if you run or if you walk into glass shards)
There's a sort of island you can reach where a blueberry bush is, it's about in the middle in the north, just to the right of that cabin you get locked in
It's one of the few H games (or maybe the only one) that isn't a VN that bothers to expand on the lore of the characters, despite knowing that most people acquainted with adult games are probably in it just for the sex scenes. You should find in the hallway preceding this room a sign with 4 symbols, which are also inscribed on each of the spinning wheels in the picture. Turn the wheels to reproduce the sequence and a new path will open (you can check the order of the spinning wheels by the number of dots they have at the bottom, 1 dot is first in the order, 2 is second, etc.)
