Nope I would not apply crack after looking at the code and the fact that the developer who is a member here and made the uncracked version as a straight publicity stunt Direct linking to steam no warning fortunately I dont allow shit like that to happen on MY PC

Yup, that's what I thought too. As I said, my potato can't handle much xD It's a miracle I can render in Daz3d, yet to play some old games. It's 2011's machine so yeah.. Anyway, the game plays and it seems very interesting. Hope to get a new pc to enjoy it at it's finest.

Dude, wtf are you on about? Looked at the code? Publicity stunt?? I have made the game available, freely here up to 0.4, as a way to gather feedback from people. Once I released the game on Steam, 0.5, I have stopped making the game available here as it was against my interests and it would also be against Steam TOS.
But you have figured it all out... well, all apart from how a crack works....You really are special!

To be fair, I don't think you need a new PC, just add a GPU to it. Not just for my game, but most games, apart from the latest 3AAA games, would still play on any 2011 system that has a GPU... Any GPU, with at least 1 GB of VRAM will do, and those are very cheap, less than 50$...

Oh, and BTW, if you would have read, just 1 page back, you would have realized that I am not the one who released the cracked version.
Pretty sure it doesn't if you use the crack, it even loads for me ...kind of lol....it just crashes because I use linux and trying to run it thru wine/lutris but it does at least load before crashing with the crack applied

Unfortunately, I can't play this game. I downloaded the game, the crack, installed everything.. updated my DirectX.. The game starts but I get stuck on the loading screen for half an hour and then I get an error saying something about the renders. I gave it my best try but I decided to uninstall and move on.
It's a shame because it looks like a good game that I would enjoy playing.

Holy shit.... it's hilarious how many people here have no fucking clue how to use a crack.
Game is starting without Steam if you apply the crack. Seems to be pretty buggy though. The cursor settings don't get saved for example and if you change the quality you get to a blank setting screen with no buttons, you have to press esc to get back.
Is there some sort of intro? I just got thrown to the map with no idea who I am, why I'm there and what to do. I read, that you're prototyping your next game. Think of some sort of intro movie with a little text to introduce the character, why he/she is doing that, a little backstory basically.

As for the intro, it's there. When you first start a game/ new game, you get presented the backstory, if you read the text that is
, also, you might have noticed that you could only go to one place, that is the motel, and had to pay for your first rent. Then you can go into the room with Cyndy and after her event then the map becomes free. Making movies, well, that needs a lot of GPU power, 10 times more than I have right now ).

Unfortunately, I can't see any dedicated GPU and there is no chance for the game to run on your CPU ( to run the graphics on it ).

Well that's unfortunate!!!! Oh well, maybe I'll give it a shot again once I get my desktop up and running.
Unreal is a REALLY shitty engine for simple games such as this. It just doesn't scale into low end at all... unless it's a dev's fault and there are things that should have been turned off but haven't been.
I have old shitty GPU and it spins up fans in unreal even if there aren't any graphics to speak of... like in this game.
