I've started writing the intermediate chapter 4.5.
I'm on alone to work on D-C and I don't yet know the length of chapter 5 as it's not yet written. So I can't give you a date yet :/

She's not prepared and neither is Lucian, but considering that the comic has an incest tag I believe that will happen someday, or am I wrong?

I understand, sex between mother and son is usually the last act in almost all games, I believe it would be no different here.
