It's really not hard. Most of the time with these it's a simple ffmpeg command:

ffmpeg -i ORIGINALvideo.mp4 -i videowithSOUND-c:v copy -c:a aac -map 0:v:0 -map 1:a:0 output.mp4

Open terminal/command prompt in the folder with the 4k and the file with the audio and change the names to whatever the files are.

Exactly the same process as above:
You must be registered to see the links


Get the video with the audio from twitter. Get the 4k from rule34video (they usually have 4k if it's been out for a while).

ffmpeg -i ORIGINALvideo.mp4 -i TWITTERwithSOUND-c:v copy -c:a aac -map 0:v:0 -map 1:a:0 output.mp4
