Just beaten the game. I say the "puzzles" are not as fun as the first game. This feels more of shit you'll see in IQ test or something like that.
The first game might be quite basic, but the puzzle feels like escape room-ish and it's really fun to dig around, instead of segmented Q&A like this.
Latter part has similar puzzles to first game, but they feels pretty disjointed and not as satisfying.
Though the H scenes are better here, so there's improvement at least. If you enjoys the first game, paizuri, and huge breasts (just like me) then this is something that's worth playing.

I am unable to avoid the "strange headaches" ending on the ??? scene. I go to the hospital everytime, is there another route I need to take?
Has anybody managed to get this game running on Linux?
It boots fine with wine, but the translations/BepInEx doesn't seem load at all, everything is in Japanese.
Also it is kinda unstable, if I click outside the main windows the game will freeze.

That's easy. Don't go to the hospital, but look to the right near door... and you'll find something that shouldn't be there.

There are no other games or animations there.
Go to your game files, find "Set Graphics Level" type 1 then Enter. It will launch the game and you will be able to fully enjoy the scene.
