If none of the text on any screens are English it could be that BepInEx somehow isn't loading.

I had the same issue and solved it by reducing the lenght of the path where the game was installed. The translation is well done now.

I don't think the translator even bothered to test the game, the majority of the game is still in japanese

Not for me....

The ONLY bits Ive seen missing in the translation are the resolutions to some of the answers/formulas.

Answers in readme file, but the answer is 120. The inside angle of an n-sided polygon.

The clue is provided when you get it wrong. The first number = # of angles in shape and the second = degrees of each interior angle.
4 sides (square) = 90
5 sides (pentagon) = 108
6 sides (hexagon) = 120
