Basically you go to your bike with no fuel and ask Amanda to go steal fuel for you, then go check the Alley. Although on the "3rd" stage theres no cg/progress into it yet. Yeap, for Cassandra date scene. But this scene is a little and only work for the bad boy who give her some powder.
