As a fellow fallout and post-apocalyptic game lover i would say it is a big untapped potential market especially a free-roam format. The real struggle is how to keep your fanbase content in the early stages when the game is mostly empty apart from the main quests and also actually filling it with good content. Maybe getting help from someone who can manage the coding and logistic while you go crazy on creativity. Creativity and ideas is the crucial part and you have it.

can someone explain what kind of NTR is there and how to achieve them? Im gonna only play it for NTR thank you in advance <3

Well there is sister with landlord and with workplace stuff... hm...
Plus we have two girl Gina and Scarlett who can became king of close with MC and there is unfortunate event for both of them if you use them for you advantage (for example Scar have problems with food and she can whore herself if you don't help her and there bad end in her quest if you go love route).
Game if not big, but there is 5-8 NTR scenes (or maybe less, i don't count).
So, before I try downloading this, is it actually finished, like the story gets wrapped up, or is it "finished" like it was hastily thrown together and we just feel lied to/scammed like the final season of Game of Thrones?

I mean it's a free game not like he was stringing along a Patreon for years on end. He got tired of it and the scope of it got a bit out of hand no need to be all weird about it

The best advice I can give is: make what you want to make.
In the past, I have tried to make several RPGM games. All of them, I gave up after spending at least 100hrs on each of them. These things are time consuming and difficult. Finding the right words, the right gifs, the right images-- that takes time. If your heart is not in it, then it will not be continued.
Even if you are enjoying it, taking breaks, weeks or months, is allowed! =)
Especially if you are addicted to, say, a certain Skyrim playthrough or something.
The post-apocolyptic world you made is one very sexy. I feel like if you made a game with a female protagonist who has to fend off the world, that would be amazing.
There are many games that are like this, where an over-the-top horny world exists with the girl being raped with storylines on the side-- which means there are plenty of authors to get advice from if things don't work! =)
Urban Gal, Bad Influences, After the Plague, Fucksome Road... to name a few.
Recently, Ghost Hunter has become my favourite because of its amazing features.
Ultimately, I love this style of game where you go to the same place, but get different results.
That is my personal preference. It is what differs engagement for me, otherwise I'd just be reading a Visual Novel.

It's like author live some space for fantasy. Much more space then needed. There is kinda 25% of what i wanna do, but 150% from first idea i get when start. So if you like cool and steady game polished and full of gameplay to brim - i will disappoint you. Hovever if you just like post-apoc rape/ntr game with long scenes (not "your fucked + GIF" style) - be my guest.

I feel like I understand what you're talking about. Working on something without inspiration, you're condemning yourself to routine and loss of quality.
And thanks for the ideas. I was thinking about making something simpler, but more attractive to players. And after your message, I thought that combining gameplay for a male and female character could be an interesting idea.

The other characters in the game still think you haven't saved her.
And the other event with the meetup at the café doesn't trigger as well, and therefore perhaps future events as well.
I'll give you my saves, slot 3 is at the choice of giving a liquid to Kenzie. It's after that the game has bugs.
As for cheats, I only changed the energy, money and the supplies.

This game tries to save a zip file on your computer the moment it launches, dunno if its malicious but i don't want to risk it
