on day 2 obtain the keycard from scythes office, open the locked elevator and in changing room it should be there

Theres a certain building you have to climb. There will be an x on top of the building, you jump to the adjacent building towards the left starting at the x and you'll find the card on the ground

It's hard to see, but there is a hole in the building to the left.
You can jump into the next building and you will end up inside.
It takes a few tries to get.
