So I'm going off limb and saying that vlad masters will be the main villain per usaul and we get other side villains who work under him. Or the game will just have 1 real villain like AP.

random aside but I do hope this game ignores the Phantom Planet retcon that made all Ghosts into not-Ghosts. (the recent comic kind of fixed this but it's still a really unnecessary change that Butch forced on the show because he became Born Again)

Yeah it will be summarily ignored and actually expanded upon. Some ghosts ARE manifestations of big concepts or just dark energies, but our main cast of ghosts do have backstories and lives they have likely forgotten.

Lets see. Ripped purple leggings, character silhouette looks like uzi doorman if she was a human, and I believe it see a hint of midriff. Meaning she is wearing a crop top of some kind. My guess is that she's dark verse Sam.

Oh man 2 sams in the game is truly a blessing, hope more get added. She looks really great, keep cooking guys food taste great.

I am excited to see the launch build of this game! I've been following for a bit and I love the concept for this. The whole saving an alternate dimension with both versions of the characters running into each other and stuff is straight up like older cartoons used to do and I love it!

I've really enjoyed Danny phantom as a kid so getting essentially a danny phantom reboot + lewds continuation is gonna be a blast! Two sams, two maddies, and probably two Desiree's and embers sounds like fun time

Also i 100% agree on the choice to take it linear, as you can focus your efforts on what is there rather than spreading yourselves thin. Plus it will feel even more like a tv show! er well an adult one anyway.

One of your posts mentioned a shop, so is it like amity park where you can roam around the town until your ready to continue the story? Also have you thought about adding something like side missions? Something episodic in between story beats like how the show was mostly episodic.

I guess an example would be like after a sam focused quest was done, you could have a smaller mission where Danny and another character or characters could fight a ghost or do something that can help them bond .

1) Yes, I grew up a big fan of the series myself, and when I realized what adult games could do and how parody games were a large market, I thought how good of an existing world DP would make for such a genre. Nostalgic reboot fans as well as young boys having grown into adult men online with an eagerness to jerk off to old cartoons? Seemed like a match made in heaven! Very glad to be doing my little part in producing a quality game as well as honoring the fans of the OG series.
2) Yes, alternate duplicates of most everyone you know and love are in the work and will be the base crux of our story and the real *drive* behind the story. When we as a team decided to split from the old game, and decided to come to this one, we thought "Well, what's the purpose of just rebooting Amity Park if we don't have a good hook for it?" The alternate dimensions thing seemed like a good idea at the time, and I feel it's just a really cool element to twist into an already interesting world.
3) I like the episodic analogy of it being like a TV show, almost like an alternate lost 4th season! (Though ours only considers seasons 1-2 canon, as again, our "prime" dimension is still just an alternate dimension to the TV show one. It'll even get brought up through dialogue with another character or two in-game!)
4) It'll still be a sandbox game with exploration, inventory, quest logs and finding characters based on a semi-regular routine system. The shop will be in the main world as well as the Dark Verse world, but that'll come into play as the story progresses!
5) Side quests are totally gonna be a thing! The world is definitely in jeopardy, but we still want for their to be fun interactions and scenarios to unlock and discover as you play around in the world. I definitely think some quests will be retroactively fitted into previous game segments, as we want to keep the momentum of the game moving forward, but fun stuff to find in a game like this is what makes moving around in it all worth while. That and additional dialogue segments with characters you can run into at scripted or through explorational beats!
