Just sell them to the slaves merchants in the slaves city to get money and rare resources, they buy the monsters children and take care of them and when grown up they make them fight in Arena against humans warriors.
interesting idea, but it would mean that Irhaal is terribly immoral haha

I think a kingdom would be too big. I'm thinking more of your own "large" family, up to a large village at most. The player could decide for themselves whether they want to create a village with monsters and creatures, or a village of their own kind, like elves and humans. A slave market could also solve the problem of getting rid of unwanted individuals. And as you said, NPCs can take care of raising the offspring while you're out and about on the map. I'm a big FAN of things that happen while you, the player, aren't there, so things happen in the village or somewhere else on the map that you don't see but can find out about. For example, NPCs that are suddenly pregnant, or you return to your village and one of your own has died and you have to find out why.
I understand, I also like it when the world is alive when I'm not looking ^^

Yes, that gives the whole thing a different feel and a certain kind of surprise. What happened? OMG, where did that monster suddenly come from? Who impregnated that NPC and how did it happen? Shit, the village had too few defenders and now some of them are dead. The uncertainty is awesome, and combined with breeding, it would make for a pretty awesome game. Of course, a lot of it is wishful thinking, since this idea would require a huge amount of development effort, but it would definitely be cool. :)

I would agree as in, like some sort of base or den.
As a starting point.
Then you can expand, whether you wanna enable base building, different houses, structures, etc..
Which army, offsprings, people living there you wanna have.
Maybe different hierarchy of society, she'd be a leader maybe or have a partner too, etc...
It would also need a purpose to be useful, maybe add some quests for it, for the main or side quests, or some benefits.
Yes, exactly, just a kind of hideout. Whether that's a cave (which is unlikely for an elf) or deep in a remote forest. You start small with a campfire and a tent, completely alone, and then you can look for a mate to breed with. Either human, elf, or monster, depending on what you want. And if you lose a fight and are raped/pregnant, you either have to live with the offspring, take them into battle, or sell them. Little by little, you expand your hideout and do quests alongside it, or just play.

She's not a terrible person, instead she's a cunning and smart girl, humans spend time and resource to raise her monsters that will kill the best humans warriors in the arena which weakness the human kingdom, and in another hand she gets money and rare resources that will help her people to get back their lands again

This update made game feel worse. Bleeding is pain in ass. I progressed quite far in a game and i not even close to having enough resources to craft even 1 storage chest.
I feel the same. New content is always good (except when, as in this case, quest objectives are incomprehensible or too vague to be useful). Making crafting hard is not good. I haven't found any area where, for instance, there is both a cooking pot and a well (the latter necessary to use the former). It's absurd to think that the people of the first village would accept that they have to go to the Goblin Surveillance area at mealtime, rather than just cooking cooking at home like real people.

Ditto for the scattered crafting stations. I'm almost done with the quests and still have not found any crafting station that will craft storage boxes, axes, and pickaxes. It's possible that those crafting options are part of a crafting station that I already visited, but hidden because I don't have the resources, but since the only way to discover what resources are needed is to attempt to craft, that would be a Catch-22.

This game would be a lot more fun with less busywork, better clues, and less emphasis n making crafting as hard as possible. The story and graphics are excellent.

Edit: Discovered that player can somehow create items like axes and storage boxes with their bare hands, no crafting station needed. That's the good news. Te bad news is that a storage box requires 33 nails to craft; nails which are nigh-impossible to come by, as they tale scrap meta and scrap metal only comes from scrapping bear traps (of which there are three).

I'm going to just stop playing this version and wait for the next version, which hopefully will have the crafting system better-thought-out.

Okay, so I'm kinda stumped. How do I use the lust potion on Engla? I'd click on her with it selected, but then I'd just walk over to her and nothing happens.

And also, how do I get inside the arcane beast ranch? I dont know who to talk to for me to gain access. I searched the thread but nothing really helped

To get in the arcane beast ranch, you first have to get the widow (Helga?) a job there by finishing her firewood quest, then talking the guy at the ranch to hire her. When she leaves for the job, she invites you to visit.

The guy in charge tells you he needs to see a good citizen certificate to give you the key. You can buy that from the merchant at bronze pass (talk to him about a discount if you'd like), but you can get a free one in the ruined house in (I think) that ridge place upper right of the map. You are supposed to be able to read the name on it (I couldn't, so save-scummed and guessed) and when you show the certificate and confirm your name, the guard captain at the ranch gives you the key.

I never figured out how to use the potion on Engle, but I suspect that you need to give her her flowers for free a bunch of times to get her to like you enough.

Little suggestion: play the questlines at once (like the goblin surveillance camp one), then save. Do it for every quest. Take your time, and be sure to save only when you don't have any quest ongoing.

Alrighty, I managed to progress! Thanks for the help! I managed to do just about everything, but now I'm stuck on the "Get Some Rideables" Goblin quest. Got any idea on who to ask? I asked the Ranch Guards and the dude with the horse but none of them helped

Alas, you have progressed further in the game than I had when I threw in the towel. Maybe someone else here can help you.

This quest isn't finished yet; it will be released in the next update...the only thing you can do for now is read a book about horses

And I don't think anyone would mind if I showed you a spoiler for this quest, right?

I'm a fan of the creator, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't understand your anger. First of all, thank you for reminding me of the name of the game, "Shackled Fate" :D I played the first versions, then forgot the name and couldn't find it again. As for gameplay, yes, bugs can be a nightmare. The only advice I can give you from my own experience is:

- Before starting the game, delete all save files from previous versions. The system saves them in:

C/Appdata/LocalLow/G-lair

These files are not deleted, and when saving the game in the new version, they overlap.
- Secondly, if you start playing, don't quit the game xD. It's really best to complete the game in one go, save, of course, but it's best not to go back to those saves later. Or at least don't quit the game. I personally managed to access all the content after a 2-hour marathon of play. However, I have some experience, and the creator, noticing the shortcomings in the resources, shared his console with us. Fun fact, to activate the console, press Ctrl + ~. Example commands are:
- add-item nail 30
- add-gold 300 coin
- add-gold 300 GB (red crystals)

- Thirdly, if you like game graphics, join us on Discord :D
We have an idiot there who periodically generates images in the style of the game's graphics and creates stories about goblins.
(You can also find it on pixiv, but they recently banned me because I think I overdid it with the brutality. Corporate rules kill creativity :L)

I understand the anger, but I'd still be hopeful. For now, the creator is adding what he promised to the game. Bugs are part of the game, of course, and you can get mad about them. I recommend trying to create your own game, just give it a try. After 30 minutes and a headache, I realized the coding is, to put it mildly, messed up, haha. That's why I'm turning a blind eye to the bugs, hoping they won't appear again. At least not in such quantity haha

Thanks for the advice) It helped me) Indeed, until you exit the game and try to load the save, everything works without bugs. Downloading saves breaks the scripts of the game and it becomes impassable. I hope the programmer learns how to solve the problem with saves.

I would like to say something but I'm afraid I'll piss off the creator again haha

So let me just say this: 30% wanted to take the path of sacrifice. Contrary to appearances, it wasn't a small number. And the creator wants to please everyone, so a small slice of the path of sacrifice will perhaps be possible. No promises. And if you'd like to see a fan-made version of what happened to the elf who was a Warclaw and became a slave, join to ours on Discord. My account on Pixiv is currently still banned :p
