Okay so I need some answers. In the scene where MC touches the leaf and saw that message/vision from Akari. Am I understanding this correctly that MC is the reincarnated king, which therefore would make him the grandfather of Kimika and great-grandfather of Kimiko? Because when MC went into that room he felt like he has been their before, that it felt familiar and he even started feeling emotional as a result of the deja Vu feeling. Then when Kimika invites MC, Airi and Momoko to the castle for the first time, Kimika gives MC some male clothes that she said used to belong to her grandfather if I'm not mistaken, and if I'm not mistaken I think MC even commented how those clothes fit him perfectly or something. Am onto something here or am I just reaching?

*Edit- Also in the scene where the MC meets with the Fairy Queen, when the Fairy Queen sees MC she seems surprised and almost calls MC "Lord" as if she knew him.

If it was a good story writer he would of been thinking about what he did that put him in prison and how long he has been there. Instead it's your out of prison for doing something wrong.. That already shows this is a horribly written story so I dropped it in the first ten minutes.

Keep playing the story expands over time, and the reason why he was sent to prison is also explained in a later quest.

It's explained later in the game, and is generally presented as being both unimportant to begin with (he was framed), but also potentially indicative of future plot points (it's implied a few times that the guard are kind of inept and potentially corrupt, which explains why they railroaded him into prison time).

I wouldn't say that the game has epic 5-star tier writing, but it's about on par for a porn game. There is clearly effort being put into the background plot, though it may be too slow-paced for you if you're constantly expecting instance answers, and you might ultimately find the answers unsatisfying (think Lost). But it does sound like you potentially gave up on the game long before you gave it a chance to show you what it actually is.

Quick question - when doing the "drink water for 7 days" quest, does the quest log actually update to keep track of how much more water you need?

I've bought 8 bottles of water and have been drinking them each day, but I've noticed that the quest disappears from the questlog every time I drink water, and then reappears the next day. And the "7 days remaining" part never changes. Is this a glitch where it's not properly keeping track of my progress, or is it just a case where it doesn't actually increment the "days remaining" part (so it will never say 6 days remaining, 4 days remaining, 1 day remaining, etc), and just completes?

You need to drink 3x Bottles of Water each day, not 1x. Hope that helped.

Is Sada eventually phased out, or rewritten into a tolerable character? I describe in this post why I really don't like her character, and I'm wondering if she improves at all later.

For some reason truestory is not applied to the Halloween event. MC calls Airi by her first name instead of calling her "Mom".
