Yes, I did 99% of the game's scenes, this is the only one missing, I think it has to be at a specific time or do something with her before going to the MC's room.
I try to load my save file from v0.18.0 to latest version v0.20.1 using copy paste of the save folder and load the save its says i invite you to new beginning and sends me back to main menu. does old save noy work?

My current save file got an overlapping sound from a tune that never stopped playing after that scene ended. Now it's too late. I have to go back to a save a while back. Fuck this shit.
I have no quest available. It just says I should keep using magic on people. But there is many more scenes to be completed. What to do?

Increasing the corruption of characters. These are options that unlock as you progress.
I think you need to satisfy both conditions before you can remove conceal.
i think you can get the outfit from Chizue from her late night store.
if i remember correctly, soap from general store, vag cream from chizue's late night store
