Ok, outside of the wednesday bug that prohibits the game to carry on gonna chime in and agree with everyone else that navigation has to be vastly improved.
Two main things: less clicks and less screens.
Let people choose which station to go to rather than the immediate next one, or just get rid of it entirely and select which destination to go to, the dinner doesn't need 3 dedicated screens, let people select destinations, divisions and connections in a room rather than pointer based movement.

Having a look at the files it's really clear the difference between the sex scenes and the stitched-together AI dream animations. There's also a bunch of unused images and duplicate scenes bloating the filesize of the game. Additionally there's a difference of work assets and shipping assets, the former shouldn't be in the consumer package.
