If you search for "Spark - Renpy Novels" on the app store you will find a good emulator. Has worked with just about every game I’ve thrown at it. All though on an iPhone, but the iPad should be no different.

iPads are not on Mac OS... They are on a fork of iOS called iPadOS, so don't come at me with that. Appstore page for Spark says it works on iPads so
