Several of us over in Patreon are advocating for a non-cheating way for F to get Georgina, Elena, and others involved. I personally only see it possible via a polyamory relationship path. This would be way further down the road, but the foundation would need to be mapped out and worked on now. Elena may or may not take a shower with D next release, and that would be a further step down this path. For Georgina and others to get involved, they would need to interact with D independently from F so they create a friendship relationship with similar familiarity that Elena has with D. IMO
That may only be possible when D is fully corrupted and willing to share her "daddy".

If game staff are seriously looking to have a D/MC/x route , and they already know requests to keep it acceptable within the current D character arc parameters...the trick is how they get from where she now and within the reality proposed by the internal game reality. It won't be quick, and it won't be in 2017 (I would guess), but with small steps that include D building her own friendship relationship with the other female option, the threat can be ameliorated. -- Never say never; just say we are not there yet.
there is a way for georgina to get to this point, and it's not a far stretch either first of all, G already expressed an interest in the MC, D knows she does want something with MC. She helped D out and complimented her when D did the work on the sales report. It's at this point we find G is also attracted to D. In G's apartment for dinner, she talks about modeling and D is interested and G offers her help this is accepted so far. Now for the D12 photo shoot with D and G you end up with them starting to bond and it can progress naturally from there. MC can later bring up to D that G would be a good person to have around because people might wonder about MC and D (something D is afraid of) and G would make people not suspect things. This is sensible and at that point D may also show the attraction to G and if so it would be easy to go into a poly role with the three of them. It probably will feel forced because of the short timeframe that this is happening, but honestly we would hate it if this was being done over the period of weeks and months! plus the idea of a vacation would be way to hard to make a reality for elena and D because of the costs involved!

speaking of the Georgina plus daughter route, it seems like it actually might be harder to get Georgina to accept it than to get D to accept it. After all, D has already accepted the very taboo relationship with father. Georgina's only accepted a very traditional relationship with the father, that of an unrelated girlfriend. So while Georgina might be a little kinky and willing to go both ways with threesomes, she might very well be repelled by the idea of MC and daughter being together.

But they bring up a valid point, because (as far as I remember) so far no other characters (besides F, D, Olivia and Graham) have shown a positive response to the taboo of incest.
