I don't know anything about the sequel, but there is also Melody from the same creator, whom you may have met briefly in DMD and recently completed Sunshine Love.

nope, dots doesn't do sequels, you can try dev's 2 other games or head to recommendations and ask at there.

no all-in-one yet (maybe never) so each ch is it's own game with mods.

Nope :v I want say i hope DMD make "DMD FANTASY-SCENE" more then, a short game. 4 chapters main game were done so well.
