I know it might be slightly off-topic but I was curious as to what model is used for Melody. She looks so similar to many of the DAZ models that I've seen and used that they start to run together after a while.

What do you mean by "full version?" If you mean PC version, the links are on the same page as the android version. If you mean simply more scenes, there are none. It is a Demo. Warped Animation states on their Patreon page that further development depends on Patreon support, and my mod uses their content and main app, so if they get support, then we get more content to work with.
