I've been using pretty much the same Dee model for over a year now, so nothing's changed on my end. I do occasionally mix things up though and give Dee Fairy Wings, make her into a Star Wars alien, rework her as a SuperMarionette and such...

Just bustin' your chops, man! I know what you are referring to. Myself, the less and less the gal looks like classic Dee, etc., the less likely I will like the post in this thread. When it starts looking like another character entirely, then the question needs to be asked, why is the picture in question relevant to Dating My Daughter fan art?
Same for Elena and Jennifer. I'm still not 100% happy with my versions of them, but they are reasonably close and at some point you just need to go with what you have. But yeah Elena with big boobs, as a MILF, etc. well call me a purist but when it comes to fan art to each their own.
Georgina and Rachel never really did it for me in the first place, although I did manage a fairly decent tweak of someone else's version of Georgina. Olivia I like a lot, but am not happy with my version of her, just doesn't look right, which is why I never shared my version of Olivia. Still hoping someone else takes a better stab at her. There's that other gal too that someone shared in the art assets thread. She's cute and all, but I have no particular feelings about her. Same for the hat check girl. They are cute and all, but didn't really click with me.

I had to look up her name just now, that's how little of an impact she had on me. Cassandra. Standing next to Georgina there. Note that I don't play DMD that often, although I did do a part 2 playthrough recently just to see what's up. I kinda got pissed off when D got on the plane and went home, so I started my alternate timeline Dee antics at that point, where she tells her mom to fuck off and stays with Dad instead. But I digress...

My tweaked version of Georgina is a few posts below that one if anyone cares. Might need to fatten her waist depth a bit though, I made her waist depth a bit too thin I think.
Apparently Cassie there hasn't made that much of an impression on the other artists here either. Otherwise we'd see more of her in this thread. Too bad, 'cuz she is rather cute.
I do have my version of Coco as well, but apparently I didn't do that good of a job on her. No one has ever asked me for her.
Anyways, back on topic, There are a number of pics that I haven't liked, simply because they didn't look like Dee, etc, that I might have liked in other threads due to their artistry.
I'm personally also not all that interested in Adult Dee, as I've mentioned before. There are other games for that. Sometimes people do manage to keep looking like 'classic' Dee when they make her older though, and I give them props for that, but a lot of the older Dees don't look much like the young Dee, that cute face that we all know and love, at least in this thread.
Others do like the Adult Dee, etc. pics, and that's perfectly fine. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes.
Same for Loli D. Loli is against the rules here of course, and no one tries to post that shit here, but there IS a loli version of D, probably more than one, that's tucked away in the internet somewhere that have popped up in google seaches I've done occasionally when looking for 3D porn. The face is un-mistakeable... D with a baby body, just ewww!
So yeah, I understand why you made the observation you did. At some point, if the gal in the pic doesn't look at all like D, but somone is trying to pass her off as D, or just posts completely random chicks in this fan art thread that don't really relate to DMD... Sure, it's artistic interpretation, but at some point there has to be a line declared somewhere.
I may have shared something without a DMD tie here once or twice in the past, usually in response to someone making a joke or something, but I try to keep that to a minimum. My crossover art is another story though. If it has Dee, etc. in it, well obviously since I included DMD character lookalikes I may share them here. But in my case, my Dee looks a lot like D.
This post just became a wall of text. To summarize...
We do have other threads on this forum for other art. If the art is crossing into 'other' territory, and doesn't have recognizeable DMD characters, well it's a fair question, why are you posting it here? This being the D(ee)MD fan art thread?

For me I don't like the original Dee or the one posted on the other thread.. she's to young for porn/romance in my POV.. it's just me..

Is there an unwritten rule to follow the exact devs morphs?
Can't remember for sure but the only morphs I touched was the body/head scale, raised it back to 100% and maybe a few minor things.

I have a BUNCH of original art in my art archive thread that hasn't received much love. I still do it though, mainly for me and a small handful of others. I just posted up some new ones along with the Dee renders I posted yesterday in said archive thread.
Nobody has asked me to follow up on the Scooby inspired stuff in that thread. I may still do that though...
And I have liked a few of your 'D's, just probably not all of them since I have that age bias thing going.
But there have been a few other posts in this thread where I've said in my head. "Where are the DMD characters? I'm not seeing any of them". When a character is that far off, well I understand where Hermit76 is coming from, which is a valid point.
I'm being polite by not naming names, but I'm sure a few of you have had that reaction a few times to things posted in this thread.

Normally we just post pics here, not discuss thread politics. I don't have another new render handy though, so I'll have to check the wayback machine to see what I can find, to get things back on track.
Not happy with my version of Olivia here, but Dee is showing us all some love, so this should work!

Lighting can change how things look a lot, of course, as does setting. I also do not do a lot of post work, although a few others here do - nothing wrong with that and to each their own!
Your D fairy is great. Beats the heck out of Tinkerbell, and supposedly Disney based their version on Marilyn Monroe. Of course D fairy would most likely molests Tinkerbell.
In a way artists moving away from purest DMD lets fans explore "what if" scenarios. Taking D into novel situations inspires creative thought about how to use a very well designed character outside of her just becoming a sex toy for her father and their friends, or maybe they are becoming a sex toy for her.
So Doctor Who D wouldn't be too unfathomable, still better than any Doctor after Matt Smith.

So, I'm feeling the need to do a short comic featuring these three characters. Dee is just in this promo pic for fun probably...
Inspired by the Kiss X Sis characters.
In this case, though, we are talking triplets (two identical, one fraternal, it's very rare but it does happen occasionally). I might have Dee do a quick cameo at the beginning talking to Yuki about how she enjoys banging her Dad or something. Not sure about that yet, but the comic is mainly going to be about Yuki Yoshi and Yumi deciding to get it on, for a webcam session...
I'm feeling the need to do something featuring identical twins, throwing their fraternal brother in well that just adds to the incest factor... Plus I'm still taking a break from Entrhalled for a bit longer while I wait for the hardware for my new rendering machine to come together - some of it isn't available yet.

Well if you want embarrassing D events...
If it's Stretch Marks via the shaping fields, that shit almost never works. If it's stretch marks via Skin Builder you may have to keep increasing the visibility of the marks. Granted I don't use any G3 characters so not sure how Skin Builder for G3 differs for G8 version. The only problem I've had with the stretch marks aside from visibility is that the odd time out is that something in the skins will mess up and you can see a difference in color between the various skin pats (arms to torso, torso to legs, etc).
Skin Builder is an absolute must for me. I need my MILF's to have stretch marks since getting their faces to look older, but not 70 can sometimes be difficult. I want the pores, the blushings, the veins and so on. Anything to add a little more realism to the character's look.

Skin builder.. tested with visibility 100% or tried to change colors.. it's odd because it works on other g3.. only on this one doesn't wanna work.
