Liam and Amanda are the MC and a couple, we never saw Thomas he was only mentioned at the beggining of the comic to understand the story.So there is a couple there.

I mentioned Thomas just because he had sex with her in some distant past at least, with Amanda I mean. But if we move Thomas aside she had sex with Liam only. As far as we know Alexa had sex with Liam only. And Emma... well she is virgin I presume. Since there is no other female protagonist in SN, I could say he will soon fuck them all. Yes his artwork is amazing without any doubt. But story and especially dialog, when it's really good can be much more hotter than scene itself.
