We don't have a To7 cover yet, when I was a subscriber I remember that the guy who won the cover idea was; Sarah sitting on the edge of the bed with David on her left kissing her and Aaron on the right touching her tits, a style of cover from one of the final pages of the Kamahesutra comic that the guy who voted for was inspired by.
Daval hasn't created the cover yet.

That's an interesting cover idea, not hinting a threesome for now but Sarah's dilemma with having a caring lover in David and a future "aggressive" lover in Aaron, to me it's clear that Daval plan is to permanently replace Uncle Peter with a soon corrupted Aaron, people will be more open to him since he's her son, not an old and ugly man.
