Alexa and Liam didn't have sex until Chapter 6, which was a threesome with Liam, Amanda and Alexa, and by then he already had sex with his mother. I think Donnie may be referring to Alexa's not-so checkered past, where she's clearly "experienced," and would overwhelm Liam with her sexual repertoire in a real-life scenario, and would move on to greener pastures once she's broken in Liam.
