Answer to that is no, not in the latest update. Also, no sex in the latest ID update, it ended with them leaving the house, Alex, Lana in the front, Daniel in the back. I'm hoping Lana gets in the back seat with Daniel when it gets dark.

Obviously, the pills mentioned above are Viagra or something similar—and if they turn the flaccid Alex back into a sexual tyrannosaurus, which he must have been once, for Lana to have married him—Daniel will finally have a rival and a reason to become very, very jealous, very, very quickly: a plot twist I have long been hoping and waiting for. Also, Lana is obviously going to end up seeing a therapist—thanks to Martha—inevitably becoming garrulous and indiscreet... and who knows where that might lead? Additionally we know, definitively, that Sofia is fully aware of what Lana has been up to with Daniel sexually and so now has considerable leverage. Hooray! It finally looks like ID's events are about to segue dramatically—potentially, at least—which is good news for anybody who appreciates a good story to accompany great erotic art.
