Alice was pulling his hand and David said he was going to arrive early to see Sarah but his pose suggested he was going to look for her in that moment regardless and we never see him leave so , hope Uncle Peter sees them to create tension and say indirect shit to Aaron to scare him and to approach Sarah to take care of him again, hes injured you know .

I believe David is going to manage to escape from Alice one way or another , Uncle Pete deserves a round 2 with Sarah and he can use the injury excuse to get it but the problem is Daval is a fucking hypocrite coward , at least he fucked her brains out previously something that any hater can't deny , he keeps him around because he knows there's fans that like him.

The plot twist you suggested is really good, only downside would be that it‘s not sister brother action, but David is boring regardless so fuck him
