Sylvia told the doc that she was able to contact HER And she will come soon to visit them, so unless Lana and Daniel both know about the camp it’s unlikely, especially since Sylvia and Sarah know eachother and talked about her clinic, but who knows really

I think is a unknown character so Lana sister has a high chance to be her , the thing about Together is there's no mention of the camp in that comic so (imagine if is Sarah's sister aka Davids mom that would be shocking but unlikely I know) , this is what this boring monotone comic needs something interesting to think about , hope Martha shows up with his nephew in law Rose with her son and Sofia.
