Yep! That'll entirely be up to player choice. There are characters who are explicitly lesbian (or bi), but you're never forced into seeing anything like that.
There actually isn't any lesbian content in the game thus-far, regardless.
Those characters... can you flip em? i.e. once they're with MC they aren't with anyone else.
Or is it an off-screen/skip thing? (which isn't avoidable btw, and players who want to avoid would just view that as a certain 3 letters)
Or is it a case of you have to avoid the character to avoid the genre?
I would personally advise against this since it punishes the player for simply not being into a certain niche, which is odd in a harem game... where the main thing is supposed to be like gacha where you collect them all.
Personally I'd suggest a content switch, which you can turn on or off at the start of the game, and if off, there is not lesbian or mention of it. (i.e. have alt dialogue if you need to for the explicity bi characters).
That way the play can have a full harem playthrough, getting all of the LIs.
