This is really cool, I like the overall effect and lighting of this, there are a few things that stand out to me (that I don't really know how to solve as I have the same issues).Burlesque scene with use of a dust atmosphere to add ambience. In the spoiler below I have included the earlier renders, so you can see the tweaking process.

The eyes look a little dead, I think the 'solution' to this is to do with getting reflections in the eyes as mentioned earlier in this thread somewhere but I don't know how to do it.
The corset/bustier thingy feels like it needs loosening slightly under the breast, if it's hard then it shouldn't conform completely and if it's softer there should be deformation at the bend.
The panties look painted on, this is a really common problem that I really don't know how to solve, you get a similar issue with the choker, they feel like they like depth, for the panties at least you could maybe try using something like fit control to even out the curves, the way it wraps to the body doesn't look natural at the moment.
A final thought and this is just me, I'd have her holding the hat further back and rotated so that the underside is more visible and you only really see her thumb, if she were actually holding it like that I'd expect the hat to be bending down toward the back but I doubt it has the morphs for that, if it's facing downward it would look more natural, so a rotation of around 45 degrees.
I know this isn't the focus of the image but I absolutely love how that floor looks.
