it is only necessary to raise the left knee and bend the left foot until it stops with fingers to the flooryou can try it on yourself ... warning!underpants can fly off!!!

I would not use menu 3-2 as-is. Her skin looks like the plastic shader option was used instead of skin.

New to Daz3D, start working on posing which is challenging for me. For lighting and background used an HDR. Any tips would be great!
