Probably because I know nothing about lighting but to me that looks great like Comic book/ Heavy Metal Magazine cover artTrying to get a handle on scene lighting ...

Good idea, but since the angle is wrong for that, not being able to see a reflection of the viewpoint char/camera is appropriate.Awesome pic! But, would've been more awesome if there was someone peeping in the reflection
